Drain cover sunken into ground

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 3 minutes later. Council ref: 342019.
Drain has sunken into ground more than 40MM and causes heavy pulling of a vehicle when driven in by wheel. Often swerved away from to avoid into the oncoming lane. Has been repaired before but gotten worse. On lane heading into Branston on same side as school
