Flooding on western side of road between streetlights 2 & 3

Reported in the Flooding category anonymously at 22:03, Wed 28 November 2018

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 2 minutes later. Council ref: 342289.

I have reported this problem numerous times during the last two years, the last time being early this month(Nov). Every time it rains, a puddle forms, sometimes to the white line. Traffic passing through this, throws the water onto the footpath, which slopes to our drive, down which it runs, & then floods our buildings. A young lady from your office has done two site inspections last year, & said a new drain would be fitted shortly. In the early part of this year, a roadworks lorry arrived to do the job, & the men began to set up traffic lights. However one set of lights were not working, & after a long wait for a replacement which did not arrive, they packed up & left. Nothing has happened since. The last fortnight has been very wet, the puddle has been there all the time & the water has been running down our drive frequently. We do not want this continuing any longer.
