Far too many street lights in one area not lit.
Reported in the Street light category anonymously at 13:26, Wed 12 December 2018
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 3 minutes later. Council ref: 343222.
Despite trying to pinpoint several lights not working on the map, I get a message that 'road works are scheduled in this area so I may not need to report the problem 5/12/18 -14/12/18', but 4 lights on the walk way parallel to Marlow road (from Dunbar towards the Avenue) have not been working for 3-4 weeks already. Two are out on Dunbar, 3-4 are out upon entry to Marlow, and one outside No 17 Becketts Avenue. There are others in the vicinity which are difficult to describe their location. Perhaps a Highways employee can patrol the area at dusk to establish the exact number(probably double figures) which are not lit? As a female dog walker, I find the experience of walking in near darkness(trying to be a responsible citizen and locating dog poo to bin) quite disconcerting, even being equipped with a torch!
