Extreem flooding outside 15 16 17 Sedgebrook Rd

I reported this flooding 15 months ago. My neighbour tells me it has been an issue for 20 years! This standing water freezes and is a real danger to my family and elderly neighbours. When cars go by the water is propelled up my drive and is full of stones and debris

343606 Can you tell me how the investigation is going please. This issue is still a big problem. My wife has slipped on the ice, fortunately she did not injure her self to badly. We can not get out of the house without having to cross this frozen water.

Hello I have been given a name of Rachel Thomas as the inspector for this road and the flooding I have reported over the last couple of years. Please can Rachel contact me to let me know what is happening. The flooding is extreme and my elderly neighbour can not get out of her house when it is bad. I don't understand why I am not getting any response to this issue. Drainage to this road is urgent. It has been installed to properties three doors away from my and my neighbours homes? Why is no getting back to me ? I have asked Rachel to respond? Should I approach my MP about this dangerous situation?
