Both bollards missing, 1 light faulty. Danger to traffic from unseen pedestrian islands .

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 4 minutes later. Council ref: 343760.
Both bollards have been removed by persons unknown. Tyre marks on mud indicate that a vehicle has already mounted the unlit central island. One lighting unit still working, the other is not.
There is a real danger to vehicles from this unlit central island.

Both bollards lying against hedge to north side of the road. Damage not known, but both extremely dirty as are all the others in the village.

Bollards have been cleaned and replaced but one remains unlit/faulty thereby representing a danger to vehicles at night.
