The two drains in the road are partly blocked and the culvert under the road is blocked causing water from the ditch along side Stepping Stones to flow out into the road. In 2007 the road flooded and caused Owls Beck to get flooded .

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 13 minutes later. Council ref: 343964.
When the rain is heavy the drains in the road and the culvert under the road are not getting rid of the water and a puddle forms. The drain on the same Side as Thorsway is very slow and water from the ditch along side Stepping Stones is not flowing though the culvert that goes under the road and connects the two drains The culvert then goes along side Owls Beck, then into a ditch and on into the Stream. The map shows the ditch along side Stepping Stones but not the ditch along side Owls Beck. The two ditches are shown on maps from 1888 that I have. In 2007 the road flooded and Owls Beck was flooded and the lady that lived there had to move out until it had dried out. I hope this is enough information for you to see it needs attention soon.
