Trip hazard/uneven surface

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 1 minute later. Council ref: 343990.
Some old paving slabs were removed to dig a hole right on the corner of Broad st and Newgates outside the nursery (hole for gas or electric or similar). The slabs have been put back down (about 2 months ago) unevenly with a larger than usual gap between 2 of them. You can twist your ankle if you put your foot wrong and if you have a heavy shopping trolley or similar you have to step out into the road to avoid wheels getting into the rut. As the slabs were actually missing most of last summer (tarmac in place), I have been waiting for the work to be finished because I began to wonder if the old slabs would be returned and I was assessing the case. I am unsure even now if the work is actually completed.
