Loose Chipping - road warn away on bend

Warning to Residents and Road Users Alert: The road from A17 through North and south Rauceby is no longer fit for purpose, due to disintegration of newly laid road surface (laid 5 months ago!) - loose chipping will cause the following:- Personal Injury to pedestrians using paths adjacent to this road from flying chipping exceptionally dangerous. 100 percent certain damage to vehicle paintwork/windscreen from flying loose chipping. Both the above has and continues to effect users of this road and residents. This road needs to be completely resurfaced as soon as possible at the very least. Temporary signage should be provided to slow vehicles down to avoid unnecessary damage/accidents. Something has drastically gone wrong in the process of resurfacing this road in August 2018. It is unacceptable to expect road users to continue to have damage to personal property and risk injury. Please 'ADVISE' urgently course of action to resolve this highly dangerous situation.
