Overgrown vegetation obstructing view at junction

Reported in the Visibility at junction or bend category anonymously at 15:55, Thursday 21 February 2019

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 5 minutes later. Council ref: 347486.

Overgrown trees and vegetation along river bank causing obstruction to view at junction. Difficult to see northwards over bridge for oncoming traffic.

Member of public reported to Environment Agency as thought we owned land trees are on. This is incorrect, tree management along river banks is primarily the riparian owners responsibility. We only have permissive powers to carry out work for flood risk, not general maintenance/management of others land
