Deep pothole which has not been repaired despite your website saying it has. Difficult to avoid & very likely to damage cars. Road is in an apslling state and there are several potholes on whalebone lane from the A1 and into the village. Speeding along village street from the church up to the T junction towards Spittlegate is also a concern. 30mph signs required.

There are numerous reports I can see on line with regards to this stretch of road, one I can see is that the fault has been repaired and no further action planned. I travelled this route this morning and can say that the pot holes have not been repaired. This is a big compensation claim on the council waiting to be made from a driver not aware of the road condition and travelling at night. Can you please advise when this stretch of road will receive the serious attention it requires?
