The edge of the block paving at the t junction is loose and the block actually moves when traffic goes over

There has been someone try to sort the problem but they have put tarmac in the gap instead of the matching the brick paving that covers the rest of the roads around the estate and it looks a mess. can you please arrange for someone to have a look at the standard of the work carried out.
