Remains of Island lamp post leaning into traffic

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 2 minutes later. Council ref: 350671.

Traffic island pedestrian lamp standard damaged many months ago and cut down to shoulder hight and taped up. The remains have been pulled, by persons unknown, out at an angle into the path of oncoming traffic. There is an extreme danger of a van colliding with the remains of this old lamp standard.
