Vandalism - block paving removed and thrown in River Ludd

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 3 minutes later. Council ref: 350851.

Just received E-mail from you (15.06hrs today) stating that this previously reported vandalism to the footpath known as Enginegate Walk, Louth, (Report Ref.No.350820) has been repaired and no further action is required. At 16.00 hours today (7th May) the above photos were taken, showing no reinstatement work has been carried out whatsoever!
