Poor road and pavement condition
Reported in the Road surface issue category anonymously at 11:19, Thu 30 May 2019
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 1 minute later. Council ref: 351560.
Approximately five years ago houses were built at the bottom of Alexandra Rd. The residents objected and it went to tribunal. At the meetings we were promised that the road would be resurfaced and traffic calming put in place. To date this has not been done. The road condition is dreadful - the worst anywhere in this area - and cars speed along the straight stretch of road in excess of fifty to sixty mph. I note that many roads and cul de sacs are being resurfaced at the present time. Some that were in a much better condition before than Alexandra Rd was e.g. King Edward Ave. I have also reported some months ago the appalling state of the footpath outside our house - 34 - and nothing has been done, that I am aware of. Could you please inspect and advise when the above measures will be carried out. Thank you
