Trouble with rough sleepers; needles & excrement
Reported in the Obstruction on pavement/verge category anonymously at 12:23, Fri 31 May 2019
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 2 minutes later. Council ref: 351607.
The branch staff at HSBC 220-221 High St are experiencing issues with unhygienic and unsafe conditions along adjacent Much Lane. They are currently unable to carry out their morning and evening perimeter checks due to risk of used needles and human excrement along the passage. Could you please arrange for a clean up of the area and advise if there are any measures that can be taken to make the passage safer.
