Investigating
Your pavement has covered our airbricks in our house. this has only come to light as we have had to rip up all the flooring and remove a fireplace. We have had it all newly decorated and damp is coming back through.

When a tarmac footpath around the edge of 15 Middle street North Hykeham was laid many years ago it appears that the tarmac path has covered airbricks. 1 of them has a gap but water just seeps into it causing damage to the walls and floors inside the property .
