Bad flooding opposite Dove Cottage LN118TE.The drain is blocked with tree roots stopping the surface water draining in to the dyke.In the past i have had two visits by your workers to try and sort this problem out.The pipe needs to be replaced please.Last year i lifted the drain grid and dug out lots of soil and used several rods to try and improve the situation, but the tree roots stopped me,The lady who lives next door at Ningwood is Mrs Gwen Lockwood she is 92 years old and she gets worried about the flooding.

Flooding road problem even with a small amount of rain outside Dove Cottage LN118TE. Again i have lifted the gulley cover and dug out a small amount of silt. The problem is in the pipe due to tree roots. This problem has been going on for several years.I have had two visits by your officials in the past and nothing gets done.See photo the flood water ends up in my drive and drains into my sewage system.I would like to ask for a site meeting to discuss this problem.Best wishes Richard Webb
