Grips blocked causing water and silt to flow down to the eastern end of Water Lane.

This problem has been reported a number of times. There are 4 drainage concrete grips on Water Lane just left of the road grip bin in photo 3. They are now so overgrown as to be virtually invisible. They are intended divert water and silt off the road.
