Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 4 minutes later. Council ref: 352188.
The historic small diameter culvert pipes require replacing with a large diameter 450mm pipe to cope with surface water generated by the newly constructed transport depot in Horncastle Road. The existing culvert pipes are often cleared of debris but now result in frequent massive flooding affecting my property.
