Crack in pavement highly hazardous

Reported in the Trip hazard/uneven surface category anonymously at 11:03, Thursday 13 June 2019

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 2 minutes later. Council ref: 352213.

Walking along the pavement after dropping my son off at westfield primary academy my 2 year old daughters buggy got caught in the broken pathway causing it to topple over and myself to fall on top of her buggy as a result, fortunately my daughter is ok as the straps were tight but myself however have grazes on my knees where I have hit the buggy with a force, I’m hoping this is resolved as it could’ve been a lot worse as it’s next to a main busy road and the child could be a lot younger and less secured as should be.
