Repeated potholes along road, making this almost impossible to travel in normal car. Problems extend for approx 2kms

Reported in the Pothole on road/cycleway category anonymously at 20:57, Friday 14 June 2019

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 3 minutes later. Council ref: 352322.

Repeated potholes along road, making this almost impossible to travel in normal car. Problems extend for approx 2kms.

Exacerbated by frequent heavy traffic from newly constructed digestate storage, with lorries using this road as one way system.

With B1191 also not in good condition, should this need to be closed for repairs, traffic would not be able to use North Drove safely.

Requires in-depth repair of road surface along significant portion of length.

  • Whilst there have been some repairs (approx 10m section out of 2kms) the majority of the section still requires repair with many potholes more than 2" deep, other local residents complaining about damage to vehicles (split tyres, broken suspension)
