Gravel on pavements and gullies

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 4 minutes later. Council ref: 352552.

Hi, Paths have gravel on them with remunerates of tar from the old road surface that broke up. When blown off in past got blown into the grass so end up back on the pavement and in road gullies again.
