Road surface issue problem

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4126479.
Sink hole opening in tarmac path - Area was dug up and relaid 2 yrs ago after gas pipe fitting but is suddenly starting to sink away - 3 inches lower since last friday - caller's water meter is also a few inches away and a telegraph pole is a foot away. Caller anxious of concequential damage if hole gets bigger.
