Overgrown hedges and trees looking towards Louth coming out of Middlegate meadows entrance

Reported in the Overgrown tree/hedges category anonymously at 20:04, Tuesday 9 July 2019

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 1 minute later. Council ref: 353294.

When pulling out of Middlegate meadows you cannot see oncoming traffic coming from the right ( from Louth) due to overgrown hedges and trees. This is an accident waiting to happen as you literally have to pull out well into the road to see if there is any traffic coming from the right.

  • The grass verges have now been cut, thank you but the problem still exists, as it is the overgrown hedges/trees which have grown over the dyke and is blocking the view of oncoming traffic from the right. It is still very difficult to pull out of the entrance to Middlegate meadows safely!
