Two garden hedges perturbing into pavement causing pedestrians wheelchairs and visually impaired to have to walk into roaad

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 2 minutes later. Council ref: 353672.

There are two gardens with brambles and hedging and bushes perturbing in to the pavement at one point half the pavement is taken up

Access to the path for prams wheelchairs and visually impaired are now having to walk into the pavement due to getting scratched, wet and the sheer obstruction in certain parts of the pavement been overgrown
