Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 1 minute later. Council ref: 353749.
On Sherwood Avenue all the traffic parks on one side of the street. Opposite to my house therefore all of the flowing traffic drives on my side which with our street also being a bus route for 4 large double deckers a day the road on my side has sunk about 3 inches causing a gathering way for water which when cars and busses drive past it throws over gallons of dirty water over my car and wooden drive gates which are now starting to rot. The road was only resurfaced a year ago but has now sunk again and is causing a problem. The street is also the main walkway for school children who also get covered in water if walking past the wrong part as a car flys past. I wanted to know if this dip can be rectified as well as adding in some speed watch enforcement as the traffic travels at at least 40MpH. Thank you.
