No right hand filter

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 2 minutes later. Council ref: 354363.
Due to traffic increases and a bus service wanting to turn right from Skellingthorpe road onto Tritton road towards the city centre, these lights are no longer fit for purpose at busy times. It only takes three cars or one bus to be waiting to turn right and all other traffic wanting to go straight on is blocked. Combine this backlog of traffic with the level crossing nearby and the delays are now very long and frustrating. Is there any way to introduce a filter arrow to clear the traffic sitting stationery and blocking the road as this would significantly improve the congestion.
