Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 1 minute later. Council ref: 354440.
Turning right from Woolram Wygate on to Pennygate. Appears to be a dropped manhole, immediately on turning on the centre line or just to the left side causes heavy drop to outside rear wheel in excess of normal with such covers. Not checked on foot, therefore no photo.

This problem has worsened over the last week (12 August 2019). the dropped access cover lid is now significantly lower than the main highway level. Approximately 50 - 75mm, which has potential to cause damage to vehicles and continue damaging whatever service is under the access cover.
