Footpath handrail damaged

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 5 minutes later. Council ref: 354703.

Vehicle struck the rail bridge and the handrail on 14th of August. The handrail is currently damaged and requires fixing/replacing. The location is under bridge SPD3/84 (Network Rail ref), located on Lea Road (A156), next to Lea Road West street. Would you please review the situation and arrange the required repairs? Thank you
