Drainage Grill's across width of Mouth of Berts Way are lose and lift when driven over hitting the bottom of cars and sometimes laying on top of the road.
Reported in the Manhole/drain cover on road/cycleway category anonymously at 20:28, Mon 19 August 2019
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 2 minutes later. Council ref: 354722.
The drainage grill fixings no longer secure the metal cover can become dangerous to vehicles and could leave the drain exposed.

I have included some photographs in support of my report. When I returned from work this evening there were two pieces of grating raised and lose. There is an obvious risk of damage to a vehicle at least and potential for a cyclist or motor cyclist to be injured.
