All the road surface from Ingoldmells Road, past New Farm, Teapot Hall, to the junctioon with Walls Lane leading into the Skegness Watr Leisure Park adn the Lincolnshire Coast LIght Railway, is potholded, rutted, wildly uneven and broken, with crumblign edges, forcing drivers off the raod when meeting oncoming vehicles and causing vehicles to roll unsafely, to bang and jar. I doubt this surface woudl be acceptable in a third world country, let alone aroad leading to one of the mos tpopular holiday locations in the UK; it is the only route avoiding Skegness Town Centre and its many hold ups and congested areas.

This road has been neglected for many years and the surface continues to deteriorate, with crumbling edges narrowing the carriageway, forcing vehicles into the verge and close to ditches; the surface is uneven, split, broken and contains potholes and ridges, all the way from its junntion with the main road by the egg packing station, through to the Skegness Water Leisure Park and the entrance to the LCLR.
