Wi;low tree plants have now been planted on the Council land outside the owner's fencing. These are getting too long and are blowing in the wind. They are obstructing the view round the bend. Is it legal to plant willow plants on Council land? This corner is extremely dangerous when travelling from the Church in Holton and trying to make a right turn into the lane which leads down to Holton Grange and Collow Holt. Also the mirror which has been placed at the corner is not good enough or large enough to give good visibility of traffic when trying to make the right turn. Someone should investigate this situation please.

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 5 minutes later. Council ref: 355392.
Hedging plants have now been planted outside the boundary of the property on the bend. These will grow into large and dangerous plants which will further obscure the view, which is already dangerous because of the fencing previously erected.
