Following recent surface dressing the three “SLOW” markings and red tarmac indicating the blind approach to the Moor Lane Crossroads travelling from Potterhanworth direction towards Heighington have been covered and not replaced.
Reported in the Sign (unlit) category anonymously at 11:12, Wed 11 September 2019
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 2 minutes later. Council ref: 355584.
As above summary the road markings to request drivers to slow down have not been replaced following top dressing you may have this in hand but despite drivers ignoring this signage and accidents occurring due to speed if we can’t have anything further to calm vehicles at least the road markings should be reinstated. There have been at least three accidents recently with vehicles ending up in surrounding fields and utility substation.
