Red catseyes

I am glad to see LCC have installed proper catseyes after surface dressing. I was wondering if you will be reinstalling the red catseyes along this stretch of road?

No further action? Does this mean you plan on installing the catseyes or not?
This is a dark stretch of road with a curb that's hard to see at night there has always been red catseyes along this road as long as I can remember.
