The damage occured in early June 2019,to our knowledge LCC Highways have inspected 4 times,we have been told repairs would begin in 6 weeks, that was 12 weeks ago. What they did not say was 6 weeks from when, Christmas 2019 or Easter 2020. So far aware of 5 people who have tripped in the dark, just hoping someone will sue then they might take notice. Makes you wonder what we pay council tax for,

This problem has been inspected several times by highways, said it would be fixed but no action so far. WHY it happened in early June yet still no action.

At least 4 times highways officers have inspected and photograped the damage. Several dates have been given for repair but all have passed with nothing happening. It seems they just want to forget about problems in the villages, just want us to pay taxes and be quite, As they take no notice of fix my steet the website might as well be closed.

LCC Highways do not seem to have any intention of helping the villages. I bet this problem will never be fixed. Just like the enormous pothole on the road that links Raithby with Mavis enderby, at least a metre across each way and deep enough to take a wheel up to its centre.

Intioial assesment, they looked at the problem June 2019,since the to my knowledge 4 highways officials have looke at it and photograped it. No wonder they have no money to fix potholes and problems like this. They spend all the time and money wandering around looking at problems several times over and never do a thing.

Ha at last been "repaired" or as the guy doing it said as best as they will let us. A long section needs digging out and renewing not that it ever will in the current climate. Like almost everything its a short term fix that will need sorting again, doing things this way always cost 3/4 times as much in the long run, but then the powers that be only look short term until the next election. To many chiefs and not enough indians.
