Road surface issue problem

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4131856.
Two - year old issue of road subsidence - now cars bottoming out in spite of travelling slowly and it is now full width of the road therefore unavoidable. Request intervention asap as "Ramp signs are no longer appropriate for use".
