The road at the bottom of this dip floods regularly and is sometimes impassable. Drainage through grips and in roadside verge and field is completely inadequate.

Not sure what more information you can possibly need! The dip in the road is on Skillington Road, Colsterworth about 300m South of Crabtree Rd junction, almost opposite council tip site.
