Hedgrow (Anglian Waters Property) overgrown. Path blocked

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 5 minutes later. Council ref: 356083.
The hedge all the way up this hill blocks the use of the pavement to some degree. However Anglian Waters Reservoir boundary hedge is no overgrown so much the path is now longer of use and the hedge is now encroaching onto the highway

Another excuse to close a report down but to do nothing. Issue is a third party, OK, thanks for the useful information or are you just passing the blame. Which third Party would be helpful information. Your footpath is unusable. If a third party is responsible for blocking your footpath you need to take enforcement action to resolve the issue.

On behalf of LCC, executive member for highways Coun Richard Davies said: “If overgrowing trees or bushes are blocking the footpaths, we will approach the appropriate landowner and ask that they cut them back. Any highways issues should be reported via our online system at www.lincolnshire.gov.uk/faultreporting.”

Anglian Water are going to contact the highways dept to discuss ownership of the trees (which are on Anglian Water property)!
