You closed down this job stating no action needed. These photos were taken tonight (11th October) and has potentially caused major damage to my 1 year old BMW. You in my view are liable as you knew about this issue on many occasions so rest assured I will be sending the bill over once I have had my car checked!

Completely agree! It is disgraceful that the response is "no further a action needed" when clearly there is an issue there that could result in damaging tax payers property or worst! Will we need to have a serious accident happening before anyone decides to do anything about it??? Let's hope not!!! However I can assure you all that if this was the case I would be taking this to the media! The people behind these decisions need to take responsibility for their actions!
