Uneven block paving causing an issue
Reported in the Trip hazard/uneven surface category anonymously at 16:11, Fri 18 October 2019
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 4 minutes later. Council ref: 357302.
The block paving on the "island" at the west street junction is in need of repair. It is very uneven with raised/tipped blocks all over and presents a trip hazard as well as causing difficulties to wheelchair users, mobility scooters and prams etc. I have tripped myself while crossing and have now seen a mobility scooter almost beached due the problem (as they also have to negotiate round the overgrown tree branches!)

No change - know of a liability scooter user who was nearly thrown off course into the giant planters the other day, due to the very uneven surface. Its an accident waiting to happen! Have also recently seen cars parking on here!?!

No change. Been up to 3 cars parked on the pedestrian island at times, making it very difficult to negotiate. It gives limited access to the lowered kerb access, due to the uneven/proud stones. Very difficult for mobility scooters & prams/pushchairs, and a safety issue for the school children needing to cross the road.
