Baildon Crescent has been in need of relaying for years now and the situation is getting worse. Public safety is now a concern. Cars are becoming damaged with hard core being thrown up. Crashes are inevitable as drivers try to avoid the very deep potholes. Cyclists are falling off their bikes when they fall into the potholes-very nearly cycling into the paths of oncoming cars. The whole road from Hykeham rd to Newark road needs relaying before a death occurs!!!

  • The potholes have degenerated even further and must be illegal and unsafe for motorists, cyclists and pedestrians. The number of deep potholes has increased and the number producing loose hardcore increased. The number of drivers avoiding the potholes and nearly colliding head on with oncoming traffic has increased. Some of the potholes are on blind bends- serious collisions are inevitable!
