A bollard between the pathway and a parking bay has been dislodged, so that the pathway is broken up.
Reported in the Bollards (lit) category anonymously at 18:55, Wed 23 October 2019
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 5 minutes later. Council ref: 357539.
The bollard has probably been hit by a vehicle, then pushed back so that it tilts the other way, and the path-surface is broken up.
