The issue of this hedge has now been reported twice by the concerned resident, who has contacted me for help. Please can you update to let both him and myself know when the hedge will be cut back. Has a notice been sent? Thank you.

Sorry, but the response is not acceptable because the overgrowth of the hedge means that people have to go onto the road. Parents with prams and people with disability scooters are at increased risk and have to go too close to the kerb because of this hedge. If you don’t intend to take action.... and by action, all we need is an enforcement letter..please state what alternative action you intend to take in order to keep the vulnerable groups I’ve mentioned safe. It is discriminatory to have a footpath where lack of action allows it to be accessed only by people who do not have mobility issues and who don’t have to walk along with a pushchair while holding a toddler’s hand. Please take action. Thank you.
