Builders completely obstructing footpath. Danger to life

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 5 minutes later. Council ref: 357959.
Builders are completely obstructing footpath and pedestrians are having to walk in the middle of the road to get around firstly the footpath obstruction and secondly their numerous vehicles parked line astern on the road. It is not safe to have to walk in the middle of the road to negotiate these hazards

There used to be a footpath there once. Now it has completely disappeared under all the mud. When on site the builders have the heras fence open like a gate. The only route past is to walk into the middle of the road and and around their vehicles. This is not acceptable or safe.

This area is really bad even worse in the dark it is not safe and the builders need speaking to asap.
