Flooding problem

Reported in the Flooding category by Customer Services at 11:25, Thu 7 November 2019

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4135749.

Approx 8 years ago we resurfaced the road here & the Drains were set too high - by approx 25mm. This means that surface water cannot run off into the drains . Water is currently cascading off a derelict property & the lane at the side of his house is 4 ins deep in standing water. The road in front of him is also flooded & when cars drive through, water is spalshing all over his property. There is no quick fix - he needs somebody to go out to assess the situation & find a long term solution.
