Flooding problem

Reported in the Flooding category by Customer Services at 14:03, Fri 8 November 2019

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council less than a minute later. Council ref: 4136080.

The Barlings Eau has flooded the area. The Scothern lane is approx 1ft deep in water & this lane is only 50-100m from the junction with theA158. Somebody has put up a flood sign but drivers are ignoring it & trying to drive through. This is causing 2 issues - vehicles are backing up onto the A158 whilst they assess the situation - but the ones that decide to do down are causing bow waves which are going over the level of the sand bags protecting peoples houses. PLEASE CAN WE GET THIS ROAD OFFICIALLY CLOSED.
