Completely flooded lane.

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 4 minutes later. Council ref: 358681.

This lane has been flooded since September 2019 and on 05 November local contractors equipped with a JCB cleared the flooded dyke and then they unblocked the two small diameter culverts. The floodwaters had receded by the 06 November. Just 36 hours later the culverts were again inundated and the lane is again dangerous with extensive flooding.
