Driveway access

Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 5 minutes later. Council ref: 358754.
Currently using neighbours driveway due to having (10x5) kerbs across my side of pavement. This is causing vehicle damage and dangerous for children when on bikes trying to gain access. X6 6x5’s would be the correct way to change this and move the dropped kerb further along. As you can see in photos the joint driveway has been resurfaced previously and renewed kerbs but unknown to anyone why this wasn’t extended to a double access....
