Orchards Park is a privately owned park home site and not part of LCC Highways responsibility. This needs reporting to the local Parish Council who are located in the Winchelsea Centre. The Parish Council does not monitor Fix My Street. Closing the report down as the reporting person will need to go direct to the Parish Council to make their complaint.

Thank you for assessing the reported fault. I have been very lucky that the very strong winds have not done any damage but believe damage will occur at sometime. The big problem is that the tree keeps growing each year which will make removal of it more dangerous than if it was removed sooner than later.
I would like to inform you that I will take legal action against you if any damage to my property occurs, hopefully I will not have to do this.
Kind Regards Cynthia Tilbury
