Road surface eroded away at edge of carraigeway
Reported in the Pothole on road/cycleway category anonymously at 21:10, Tue 26 November 2019
Sent to Lincolnshire County Council 5 minutes later. Council ref: 360013.
The edge of the carraigeway has eroded away around a previous surface repair for quite a distance , and in doing so, leaving an edge at a right angle to the edge of the carraigeway some 4 to 6 inchs in length as can be seen on the photo enclosed. The erosion of the carragaiway has also allowed a deep rut to appear for some distance on the verge to the side of the erosion. What can also be seen is that the white line painted on the edge of the road surface is missing for some distance, which inturn shows how much of the road surface is missing. The area affected is about 100 to 150metres north of Fir Tree Lane on the opposite side of the road to Fir Tree Lane. I do not know how long this defect has been present,as i do not use the road very often.
Could you please supply me with a compensation claim form

This hasn’t been repaired at all!!! I drove past it this morning to take photos of it. I hit this edge of the road 2 days ago and it blew my tyre open and cracked my alloy wheel! Please provide the correct information to the road workers LCC! I have seen them repairing faults but the incorrect faults. Thank you
